Using exisiting products we have put the pieces together to design a product that is cost effective but still provides a reliable service.
The aim was to create a product that was not only easy to use but very easy to install.
Scaleability was also considered as no venue is the same and some have needs that will expand past a normal installation. A standard package has four lights but there is no limit to the amount you can add.
Although simple in design the switch panel can perform various pre programmed functions depending on your requirments.
Multiple switch panels can be connected by using normal cat5 ethernet cable making the whole system expandable easily and cheaply.
Wireless Communication
To ensure a quick installation the main controller transmits the data to the indivdual lights so you only need to provide power to each light.
Transmission is done through a 2.4ghz signal and there are seven channels to choose from to avoid interference or even running more than one setup at a single venue.
Intelligent Warning Systems
As an add on feature the control panel is able to recieve commands from your timing software as well as the switch panel .
This means that automated Start, Stop and Warning lights can be set from within the software. A simple http post command to the control panel is all that is required.
Custom Light Programs
In its simplist form the switch panel will turn all lights Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Off
Built in as standard is an alternative warning which will turn certain lights Yellow while keeping others green. This means you can slow a section of track or even the entrance to ramps or a pit lane while keeping the main track Green.
A Touch of Colour
Not only does adding a green lights add a touch of colour to the track and add to the atmosphere but a light change from Green to Yellow or Red is more prominent and has greater response from the drivers alterting them to a change in conditions.
Bespoke Applications
The whole system has been designed with flexability in mind.
With each installation the system has grown and now has several standard options ranging from flashing warning lights to a mix of static and flashing depending on what you prefer for your venue.
With uploadable firmware all the options can be changed so if you change your mind and would like to change then we can send you a new firmware file via email that can be uploaded to the control unit through a wifi login.
Custom start sequences for your event races has proven popular using the existing switch panel we have different programs on each switch depending on if it is pressed, held or pressed multiple times. Placing multiple lights together form a gridline start light.
Installation
Site visits can be organised for bespoke design but a standard package of 4 lights, 1 Controller and 1 Switch panel can be sent via courier and are easily self installed.
Each light fixture has a bracket that can easily be mounted to a wall or post. The lights are very lightweight and only require a mains supply. Each light has a 1.5m cable and comes with a standard UK plug attached.
The controller plugs into 240v mains via a 12v transformer which is also supplied.
All that remains is to connect the switch panel to the controller with a standard ethernet cable. A 3m cable is supplied.
Additional Switch panels can be supplied and daisy chain via ethernet cable from switch to switch. We also offer a wireless remote module with 2 remote fobs.
